Terms & Conditions

Working with Impressions by Adpro.

These terms outline how our website may be used and how we work with customers on quotes, artwork, production, and finished projects.

Last updated: June 2026

Website use

Our website is provided for general information about Impressions by Adpro and our services. By using the site, you agree to use it for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with how it works for other visitors.

Quote requests and estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the details you share with us at the time of the request. Final pricing may change if quantities, materials, artwork, decoration methods, deadlines, or other project details change. A quote is not a confirmed order until both sides agree to move forward.

Customer-provided artwork, logos, and content

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any artwork, logos, photos, text, or other content you provide for your project. By sending us files to print, embroider, or produce, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.

Approval before production

When proofs or mockups are provided, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully review spelling, colors, sizing, placement, quantities, and any other details before approving production. Once you approve a proof, production moves forward based on that approval.

Payment terms

Payment terms may vary by project. Deposits, balances, and accepted payment methods will be confirmed as part of your order.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times shared during quoting are estimates unless a specific deadline is confirmed in writing. Production schedules may be affected by artwork approval, material availability, supplier timelines, and other factors outside our direct control.

Color, material, and finished-product variation

Colors, materials, fabric textures, placement, sizing, and finished results may vary slightly depending on the product, the decoration method (such as screen printing, DTF, embroidery, or signage), screen and display settings, and normal production factors. Small variations are part of custom production and are not considered defects.

Projects we may decline

Impressions by Adpro reserves the right to decline any project that involves unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Our website content

The content on this website — including images, designs, layout, text, photography, and branding — belongs to Impressions by Adpro or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or services. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
